Right now, I’m still on my Quill Volley Eagle Spiritborn build. I managed to finish up a bunch of content and unlocked Torment 4. I still need a few things for the finishing touches on my build as I realized that the Maxroll guide had changed recently. But that said, my current situation is a lot better than before. Not to mention I scored two more Mythics along the way.
Today is what I would call a productive Diablo 4 day. A few accomplishments today were:
- Beating Pit 65 to unlock Torment 4
- Getting an Ancestral Rod of Kepeleke (although the GA was not on the Maximum Resource)
- Scoring two mythics (another Melted Heart of Selig and a Heir of Perdition)
- Leveling up the changed glyph of Menagerist to 46+
- Being one Lith rune away from crafting a Tyrael’s Might
- Masterworking a newly acquired Rakanoth’s Wake with the All Resistance Greater Affix x3
- Finishing up the Season Journey and claiming the Resplendent Spark reward
- Starting to level up Aldkin (since I still need the last of the Bartering)
- Having all Ancestral gear equipped
- Trying out Torment 4 and surviving
I think the main goal at the moment is to get a Tyrael’s Might then rearrange my gear and skills a little then slowly get more comfortable with T4. I feel I’m close. My gear will need more work but I think getting the Ancestral Rod of Kepeleke will help with general damage. Also, I’ll need a better Ring of the Midnight Sun as the Vigor restoration value is the worst (20%). So all these issues can be solvable and I feel like a good day will turn positive.
At the same time, I’m starting to get tempted to roll a new character. I really wanted to finish up the season journey first but it feels sluggish compared to previous seasons. I’ll probably consider another alt once I obtain a Tyrael’s Might to pair with my Shako or Heir of Perdition. That way I have some lower level starter Mythics. I’m really tempted to start a Barbarian just to try the new Mighty Throw skill. I really don’t expect much from that build but it’s just one of those toys I’m itching to play. Same with Soulrift from Necromanacers. Companion Druid could be a thing but I suspect the AoE situation hasn’t changed.
I did try one of the Tributes on an Undercity Run for more Runes but did not manage to get the maximum reward. I might give that another shot but I have to figure out a better strategy for those runs. I’m just desperate for the Lith rune to help me complete my Tyrael’s Might.
At any rate, I’m looking forward to what tomorrow brings.
